My journey in IT began a long time ago. I’ve always been fascinated with how things work. Although I went to school for other things, I’ve always worked with technology. I’ve sold computers and technology while in college, developed websites for different groups, and learned front-end development (Javascript, CSS, and HTML) along with back-end development (PHP, ASP, and Perl). Most recently, I created an integration with a shipping platform (Shippo) that connected with the customer’s custom software solution. I had to create a special “in-between” website that could decode the information from one side so it made sense to the other.
On a daily basis, I update myself with the newest technology (AI, content management systems, home automation, etc.) to make sure I have the knowledge to help make the right decisions when it comes to technology.
